1. About these terms
These terms apply between you (the “Student”) and Hair Repair Management Group FZCO, trading as Hair Repair Club and Hair Repair Academy (“we”, “us”, “HRC”), in relation to any course or product purchased through academy.hairrepairclub.co.uk.
Hair Repair Management Group FZCO is a Free Zone Company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with operations across the United Kingdom and internationally. Our registered office and full company details are available on request via academy@hairrepairclub.co.uk.
By enrolling in a course or creating an Academy account, you agree to these terms. Please read them in full before purchasing.
2. Enrolment and payment
2.1 Purchase
Courses are purchased through our Kajabi-hosted checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase, or in three interest-free instalments via Klarna where available.
2.2 Pricing
- Full Digital Hair Repair Course: £995 one-time (or 3 × £331.67 via Klarna)
- HRC Cutting Masterclass: £297 one-time (or 3 × £99 via Klarna)
All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Pricing is in pounds sterling (GBP).
2.3 Klarna
If you pay via Klarna, your agreement for the instalment plan is between you and Klarna directly. We receive payment in full from Klarna at the time of purchase. Failure to pay Klarna instalments is a matter between you and Klarna, but persistent non-payment may result in your Academy access being suspended at our discretion.
3. Access to the course
3.1 Lifetime access
“Lifetime access” means access to your purchased course content for as long as we operate the Hair Repair Academy. We commit to a minimum of three years of continuous access from your purchase date. We don’t expect to close the Academy, but if circumstances ever required it, we’d provide at least six months’ notice and the ability to download a personal-use copy of your course materials.
3.2 Future updates
Lifetime access includes all future updates to the course you purchased, at no additional cost.
3.3 Single-user account
Your Academy account is for your personal use only. Each account is a single-user licence. See section 5 for what this means in practice.
3.4 Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms (in particular section 5). In the event of termination for breach, no refund is owed.
4. 14-day money-back guarantee
We back the course with a 14-day money-back guarantee. We want you to be confident enough to try it, and confident enough that if it’s genuinely not for you, you can walk away whole.
4.1 How to claim a refund
Email academy@hairrepairclub.co.uk within 14 days of your original purchase date, with the subject line “Refund request” and your enrolment email. We’ll process refunds within 5 working days to the original payment method. For Klarna purchases, the refund reverses the Klarna plan in full.
4.2 What the guarantee covers
The guarantee is for students who tried the course in good faith and decided it wasn’t right for them. To be eligible, all of the following must apply:
- You request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You have completed no more than 30% of the course videos (measured by Kajabi’s progress tracking)
- You haven’t already received an HRC Certificate for this course
- You haven’t shared your account access, downloaded course content, or redistributed any course material (see section 5)
- This is your first refund request for this course (we don’t process repeat refunds for the same product)
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Students who have completed more than 30% of the course and then claim a refund
- Students who have downloaded, screen-recorded, or redistributed course content
- Students whose accounts have been shared with another person
- Students who have already obtained an HRC Certificate for the course
- Refunds claimed via chargeback rather than email — please contact us first; we’ll always honour a valid guarantee request
4.3 Why these conditions exist
The guarantee is genuine. The conditions exist because the course is digital content that can be consumed quickly. Without these conditions, the guarantee would effectively make the course free for anyone willing to watch it in two weeks and ask for their money back — which would mean we couldn’t continue to offer a guarantee at all. We’d rather offer a real guarantee with clear limits than no guarantee at all.
4.4 Goodwill
If your situation falls outside these conditions but you have a genuine reason for needing a refund (medical, bereavement, financial hardship), email us anyway. We’ll consider goodwill refunds on a case-by-case basis. We’re reasonable people.
5. What you can and can’t do with the content
When you enrol in an Academy course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the course content through your Academy account, for your own learning and use in your hair repair work.
5.1 What you can do
- Watch the course videos as many times as you want, on any device, while logged into your own account
- Take personal notes for your own reference
- Apply the techniques you learn in your own hair repair business or on your own clients
- Recommend the course to others (we have a referral programme that pays £100 per enrolment)
- Share screenshots of the course on social media to promote it, provided you tag @hair_repair_club
5.2 What you can’t do
The following are violations of these terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
- No downloading. You may not download, screen-record, save, or otherwise copy any part of the course videos, audio, or written material for offline use or storage. Videos stream from your account only.
- No login sharing. Your Academy login is for you only. You may not share your login credentials with anyone, including business partners, employees, family members, friends, or colleagues. Each person who wants access must purchase their own enrolment.
- No redistribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, license, resell, lease, rent, or otherwise make available any part of the course to any third party, in any medium, for any purpose.
- No derivative training. You may not use the course material to teach, train, or instruct other people (whether paid or unpaid) in a way that substantively reproduces what we teach. Sharing what you’ve learned in passing conversation is fine. Setting up a course that teaches our method is not.
- No competitive use. You may not use the course content to create or develop a competing course, training programme, or educational product in the hair repair or hair replacement field.
- No removal of attribution. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, watermark, or attribution notices on course content.
5.3 How we monitor this
Kajabi tracks logins by IP address, device fingerprint, and concurrent session count. Multiple simultaneous logins from different locations, anomalous viewing patterns, or shared device fingerprints will trigger an account review. Where breaches are detected, we will:
- Issue a written warning and lock the account pending response (first instance, where the breach appears unintentional)
- Terminate the account without refund (second instance, or where the breach is clearly deliberate)
- Pursue legal remedies including injunction and damages where commercial redistribution is detected
5.4 Watermarking
Some videos may carry visible or invisible watermarks identifying the licensed account. Distributing or publishing watermarked videos constitutes evidence of breach.
6. Intellectual property
All course content — including but not limited to videos, audio, written materials, slides, scripts, methods, workflows, brand assets, the HRC name, logo, and design system — is owned by Hair Repair Club Ltd or its licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your enrolment does not transfer any ownership of the course content to you. It grants you the limited personal-use licence described in section 5.
The techniques taught in the course are not themselves protected (you can’t copyright a haircut). Our specific expression of those techniques — the videos, the explanations, the sequencing, the materials — is.
7. HRC graduate community conduct
Full Digital Hair Repair Course enrolment includes access to the HRC graduate community on Kajabi. Membership of the community is conditional on the following:
- Be respectful to other members, Tom, Fletch, and HRC team members
- No promotion of competing courses, training programmes, or services without prior written permission
- No sharing of HRC course content or accounts within the community
- No content that is illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or contains personal attacks
- Honesty about your own work and results when sharing them
Breach of community conduct may result in removal from the community without refund of your course fee. The course content remains accessible if community access is revoked separately.
8. HRC certification
HRC Certificate of Completion is optional and additional to the course content itself.
To achieve certification, you must:
- Complete all course modules
- Submit video evidence of your own fit and cut on a real client (not a mannequin or stock footage)
- Pass review by Tom and Fletch — we will assess against HRC standard and either certify, or provide written feedback on what needs improvement and invite resubmission
There is no time limit for certification submission, but we reserve the right to require fresh submissions if the course is significantly updated after your original enrolment.
HRC certification is a quality mark recognising you’ve demonstrated work to HRC standard. It is not a regulated professional qualification and does not authorise you to practise any service that requires a regulated licence in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring you have any local permits, insurance, or qualifications required to practise hair replacement professionally.
9. Liability and disclaimers
9.1 Income claims
Statements about typical student outcomes (such as “most students consistently build to £10k+ months in their first year”) describe what we observe inside the HRC community. They are not guarantees, projections, or promises of income to you personally. Your actual results will depend on your effort, location, prior experience, client base, marketing, pricing, and many other factors. The Academy provides training and education only.
9.2 Professional advice
The course is professional education. It is not legal, accounting, tax, or business advice for your specific situation. You should take independent professional advice on setting up and running any hair replacement business in your jurisdiction.
9.3 Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from these terms or your use of the course is limited to the amount you paid for the course in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at academy.hairrepairclub.co.uk/terms with a clearly displayed “Last updated” date. Material changes (anything that affects your refund rights, content use, or fees) will be emailed to enrolled students at the email address on file at least 14 days before they take effect.
