Where most stylists end up
The hardest part isn’t cutting hair. It’s that you start again every Monday.
Most hair professionals are on a treadmill. Monday morning, the book resets to zero. The clients who came in this week aren’t the clients paying you next month. You sell time at a fixed price, with no recurring layer underneath it. Holiday weeks are unpaid. Quiet weeks are unpaid. The ceiling is real and the maths gets harder the longer you stay in it.
Hair repair changes the maths. A fitted client is not a one-off. They come back every four to six weeks for the rest of the time they wear a system, often years. Your income compounds week on week instead of resetting.
Most students consistently build to £10k+ months in their first year, because the revenue is recurring, not because they’re working harder.

You probably think you’re not good enough.
You are.
Tom on why our best students aren’t the most experienced ones, and what a student who had never picked up scissors went on to build inside three months.
“Hard work can beat talent when talent doesn’t work hard. All you need is a basic understanding of hair, and if you don’t have that, we can assist with that too.”
Who this is for
Built for anyone serious about
a real income in hair repair.
No prior background required. Past students range from 35-year shop owners to total career changers.
Barbers & stylists
You can already cut hair to a high standard. This adds a high-margin recurring service to what you already do, without changing your shop or your hours.
Like Jake Ranger, 7yr barber in Exeter
Salon owners
One trained specialist adds a measurable new revenue line. Loyal, recurring, high-value clients, unlike most salon services. The ROI is direct and compounds.
Like Brent Bain, Edmonton + Calgary shops
Career re-entry
You don’t need to be on the chair full-time. Specialising in something that pays more per appointment means more time for the rest of life.
Like Sarah McLean, Edinburgh, back at the chair
Career changers
You don’t need to have ever picked up scissors. One graduate had never cut hair in his life. Three months later he ran the busiest hair repair business in Northern Ireland.

Most students complete the full programme in two to three weeks and take their first model client within a month of finishing.

Common questions
The things worth answering honestly.
I’ve never done hair repair before. Will I actually be able to do this?
Yes. Most of our students started with zero hair repair experience. One past student had never picked up scissors before training, three months later he was running the busiest hair repair business in Northern Ireland.
What matters more than prior experience is following the method properly, practising the technique, and being honest with your first clients about where you’re at. The course covers all three.
Is this the same training as the £2,995 in-person Core Certification?
The technique you learn is identical, filmed on real HRC clients, taught by Tom, Fletch and Kyle. The difference is the delivery.
In-person Core Certification is a 1:1 day at HRC HQ. You fit and cut on a real client with Tom or Fletch beside you, and walk out with hands-on calibration. It also includes Salon Locator listing and direct referral pipeline. That’s the £2,995 product.
The Full Digital Course gives you the same teaching, on demand, for £995 with lifetime access. You can pause, rewind and rewatch any technique while you’re working on a client, something in-person training doesn’t offer. Most students find the lifetime-access angle more useful than a single in-person day.
If you want both: complete the digital course first, then upgrade to in-person for the live calibration.
Will there be enough demand for this in my area?
Almost certainly yes. Two thirds of men experience significant hair loss by 35. Outside major cities, trained specialists are rare to the point of being almost non-existent in most areas. Graduates in smaller towns consistently out-earn those in cities because they’re the only credible option locally.
If you can deliver a genuinely undetectable result, you won’t struggle to find clients.
What does the HRC Certificate actually mean?
Certification is optional, but it’s real. You submit a real fit and cut on a client, with video evidence, and Tom, Fletch and Kyle review it personally. If it meets HRC standard, you get certified. Most online courses give you a completion PDF. We give you a qualification that you’ve actually earned.
What if I invest in the course and it doesn’t work out for me?
You’re covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.
Beyond that, the people who don’t see results almost always make one of two mistakes: they skip the practice stage and take paying clients before they’re ready, or they don’t market consistently once they are. Both are completely avoidable, and the course covers both in detail.
Full guarantee conditions: see Terms & Guarantee.
How long does the course take to complete?
Most students complete the full programme in two to three weeks and take their first model client within a month of finishing. You can move faster or slower, there’s no deadline. Lifetime access means you can come back to any module whenever you’re working on a tricky client.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, three interest-free payments of £331.67. No credit check, no fees, just split the cost across three months.
Can I download the videos or share my login?
No. Videos stream from your account and can’t be downloaded for offline use. Your login is single-user and account-sharing forfeits access without refund.
This isn’t arbitrary, the course content is what gives HRC graduates an edge in the market. Protecting it protects your investment too. See Terms & Content Use for the full policy.
